Jason has been on the front lines of some of the most controversial civil rights issues in the Commonwealth. He believes in the underdog, despises injustice and will fight for people who cannot fight for themselves.
As a legislative aide in the Massachusetts State Senate, Jason worked with a team of advocates and legislators to defeat a constitutional amendment that sought to ban the civil right of same-sex marriage. As a private attorney, Jason works to ensure that safe, responsible citizens are able to exercise their individual right to protect themselves in their homes with a firearm. He has fought against the wrongful denial of this often unpopular constitutional right and he has helped people across the Commonwealth restore a right that had been stripped from them by an unfair system. As your next State Representative, Jason will respect individual rights and will oppose policies that amount to unconstitutional government overreach.
